Premium California Sourcing: Zero compromise. We partner with top local distributors and purveyors to load our pies with the best California-sourced ingredients, pristine low-moisture cheeses, and robust Stanislaus 7/11 unpeeled ground tomatoes custom-blended with spices from the Oakland Spice Company.

The 48-Hour Crust: Our dough program runs on a strict 48-hour cold fermentation cycle using a blend of premium flours. Finished directly on our vintage Montague oven stones, the crust finishes shatteringly crisp, airy, and digestively light.

This spot has been home to neighborhood pizza for over 50 years. My dad was raised on these streets, and today, my family lives in and loves El Cerrito. We are proud to step into this history and keep the local legacy alive; firing massive and traditional slices on our vintage Montague ovens and serving the community we call home.
